We build the Odoo and software systems your business runs on.

Cirroware Technologies is an Odoo and software development company. We implement ERP, write the custom modules around it, and build the websites and servers that sit alongside — end to end, by one team.

Systems our team builds and runs

  • ICMPD Silk Routes
  • iTyreCare
  • My Celcare
  • Car Battery Squad

Four things we do, properly.

Most agencies hand off between a developer, a designer and a sysadmin. We do all three, so nothing gets lost between them.

Odoo development

Community and Enterprise, versions 13 to 19.

  • Fresh implementations
  • Custom modules
  • Version migrations
  • Third-party integrations
  • Reports and dashboards
  • Hosting and upgrades

Software development

Web applications and internal tools built to fit the work.

  • Python and PostgreSQL
  • REST APIs
  • Workflow automation
  • GIS and mapping platforms
  • Browser extensions
  • Data migration

Website development

Fast, indexable sites — not templates with a logo dropped in.

  • Marketing and service sites
  • E-commerce
  • Online training modules
  • Landing pages at scale
  • Technical SEO and schema
  • Domain migrations

IT services and infrastructure

The unglamorous half that keeps everything online.

  • Server setup and hardening
  • nginx and SSL
  • Backups and monitoring
  • Email, DNS and Cloudflare
  • Deployment pipelines
  • Ongoing support retainers

Odoo development, end to end.

Sales, inventory, accounting, field service, HR — one system instead of six spreadsheets. We have shipped Odoo across every version from 13 to 19, including live migrations of businesses that could not afford a day of downtime.

Typical engagements

  • Implementation. Requirements, configuration, data import, staff training, go-live.
  • Custom modules. When the standard app is close but not right — new models, views, automations and reports.
  • Migration. Moving an older instance forward without losing history or breaking customisations.
  • Integrations. Payment gateways, shipping, WhatsApp, Google Ads, accounting exports, POS hardware.
  • Website and e-commerce. Odoo's own website builder, extended with real templates and real SEO.
  • Hosting. Odoo.sh, on-premise or your own cloud server, with backups, monitoring and a person to call.

ICMPD — Silk Routes online training modules

Maintained by our team since 2022.

An online training platform for the International Centre for Migration Policy Development. Participants across the Silk Routes region work through self-paced modules in their own time, on any device, without an app or a login queue.

We build and publish each module, keep the platform patched and online, and handle hosting, backups and content updates under an annual support agreement — the kind of long-running commitment an international programme needs from a delivery partner.

How a project runs

Four stages, fixed scope at each one. You always know what happens next and what it costs.

Stage 1

Scope

We map how the business actually works today, agree what the system has to do, and write it down. Fixed-price from here.

Stage 2

Build

Development on a staging environment you can log into. Short cycles, weekly demos, no six-week silences.

Stage 3

Launch

Data migration, server setup, DNS cutover and staff training. We plan the switch for the quietest hour you have.

Stage 4

Support

Backups, monitoring, updates and a monthly check-in. Changes get quoted and queued, not improvised.

A small team, and the people who build it are the people you speak to.

Cirroware Technologies works from offices in Australia and Pakistan. Between us we have spent years running production ERP, web and server infrastructure for businesses in Dubai, an international policy programme in Europe, and public-sector projects in Pakistan, including a GIS-based land survey platform used in the field.

We take on a small number of projects at a time. If we are not the right fit for what you need, we will say so in the first call.

Frequently asked questions

The things worth knowing before you send an enquiry.

Do you only work with Odoo?

Odoo is our deepest specialism, but it is not the only thing we build. Plenty of our work is a website, a custom application or server administration with no ERP involved at all. We will tell you honestly if Odoo is the wrong fit for what you are trying to do.

Which Odoo versions do you support?

We work across Odoo 13 to 19, in both Community and Enterprise. That range matters because most businesses that call us are already running an older version and need it moved forward without losing history or breaking custom modules. We handle the migration, the testing and the cutover as one piece of work.

How long does a project take?

A marketing website is usually four to six weeks. A straightforward Odoo implementation runs eight to twelve. Anything with heavy customisation or data migration takes longer, and we will say so before you commit. You get a dated plan at the end of the scoping stage, not an estimate that quietly slips.

How do you price work?

Scoping is billed on its own, then the build is fixed price against what that scope defines. You know the number before development starts. Ongoing support is a monthly retainer sized to your system. Changes raised after sign-off get quoted separately and added to the queue rather than absorbed silently. We rarely bill by the hour.

Where are your clients based?

Cirroware is registered in Australia and our development team sits in Pakistan. Our live client work runs across Dubai, Europe and Pakistan, and we take on Australian projects from the Melbourne office. Remote delivery has been normal for us for years, so we work to your business hours and answer within one working day.

Who owns the code and the servers?

You do. Source code, database, domain and hosting account are all in your name, and we hand over credentials at launch. If you ever want to move to another provider or bring the work in-house, nothing is locked to us. We keep access only for as long as you want support.

What happens after launch?

Support is a retainer, not an afterthought. That covers backups, monitoring, security updates, Odoo patches and a monthly check-in on how the system is actually being used. Most problems we catch before you notice them. If something breaks outside hours on a critical system, there is a number to call. Retainers run month to month.

Can you take over a project someone else built?

Often, yes. We audit what exists first: the code, the server, the database and whatever documentation survived. Then we tell you plainly whether it is worth continuing or rebuilding. That audit is a small paid piece of work, and you keep the report either way, even if you go elsewhere. We do not judge the previous developer.

Tell us what you are trying to fix.

Send a few lines about the business and the problem. You will get a reply from a developer, not a sales form response, within one business day.
